The Center for Digital Government recognized Vigilent, who in collaboration with the Department of General Services and the California Energy Commission, partnered with the California Franchise Tax Board (FTB) to implement dynamic cooling control at the FTB’s facility. The result was a 15% reduction in total energy use, saving over 310,000 kilowatts of electricity and reducing carbon dioxide output by over 300 tons annually.
